Return or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your vinyl.

Eligible for Return or Replacement

• Scratches, warps, or manufacturing defects that significantly affect playback.
• Major damage caused during shipping.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for contacting their local customs office and paying any applicable duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges required to receive their order. We are not responsible for these costs, and they must be paid by the customer upon delivery or customs clearance.
